Customer Service Manager (Code: CSM-SBY)
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya-HR Muh.Square)

Requirements:

• Female
• Must have 2 – 3 years front-line working experience
• Age max 30 years old
• Able to work long hours and Saturdays.
• Should have at least Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team
• Having self confidence and good personality
• Mature and must have strong leadership, able to manage operations and supervise subordinates
• Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
• Must be well-versed and conversant in customer handling technique, daily operations, as well as administrative capability
• To be located at Direct English-KAPLAN Surabaya-HR Muh.Square branch
