Asst Mgr Supply Planning
To assist Supply Planning Manager in managing supply planning operation for one or more categories covering the FG stock optimization to support the customer service target, balance the production plan vs stock, managing and control the right materials, plan and monitor the promo and relaunch planning, minimize business waste, support the business requirement in optimize the working capital

Requirements

• Minimal S1, preferable from Technical Background i.e. Industrial Engineering
• Good blend of material planning, production & demand planning knowledge
• Knowledgeable in MPS, MRP, Project/Network Monitoring, BPCS/SAP application
• Able to supervise effectively small team/groups (3-5 people) & influence others
• Able to work together effectively with other functions
• Have a good sense on commercial aspect and business plan
• Capability to influence others, have strong integrity and drive people

• Able to work together in team as well as working independently

Assisstant to Area Sales Manager
Availability, sales coverage and merchandising in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience in handling GT sales in principal FMCG company (not distributor) in Bandung, Medan, Central & East Java area and/or Banjarmasin area
• Very strong in field operation & execution

Asst Engineering Manager
Involved in the installation and commissioning of plants
Building and operating a plant and packaging equipment

Requirements

• S1 Mechanical Engineer, with min GPA 3.00
• Preferably someone who has a strong background in Supply Chain skills, particularly utility machinery (WWTP, WTP, Compressor, Boilers and other thermodynamics) or similar experience in an FMCG.
• Experience as Maintenance Planner or Area Engineer from Modern Plant is strongly needed.
• Valid until 30 Nov 2009

Asst Mgr Quality
To implement and improve the Quality system in the Personal Wash bar factory
To work together with the team to continuously improve the Quality performance of Personal Wash Bar
To implement the right standard on Quality and Hygiene manufacturing

Requirements

• Max 28 years
• Minimal S1 Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Microbilogist
• Active in extracuricullar organisation during university years
• Good communication skill
• Willing to be placed in Personal Wash factory in Surabaya
• Valid until 30 Nov 2009

Asst Mgr Demand Planning
He/she will assist Demand Planning Manager(s) in doing the integrated demand planning process covering baseline, event planning, etc using the system SAP APO.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning operation for 3-4 years
• Min Sarjana degree (S1), any discipline
• Fluent in English
• Good analytical calculation, statistic and have a good business sense
• Proficient in microsoft office programs, especially excell macro
• Familiar working with SAP APO or non-SAP application such as I2, Mercialink, ect
• Active in extracurricular organization as a leader
• Meticulous, thorough and diligent in handling details
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Valid until 20 Nov 2009
