Fixed Asset Officer
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Job:

• To handle fixed asset area from accurate recording until physical control

Responsibilities:

• Fixed asset closing on time : calculating & control depreciation expense and other asset value, prepare all report for monthly financial statement, fiscal depreciation also FA consolidation for Bapepam
• To make accurate planning/outlook for depreciation and all asset addition/deduction
• To maintain timely and accurate recording of Fixed asset master through syteline, all asset movement and SOP
• To make and get approval of FAWA, FATA, FADA
• Physical control of Fixed asset including asset opname & register, asset confirmation to third party
• Voucher processing
• A/P and A/V monitoring

Requirements:

• Based in our Surabaya Office
• S1 Degree of Accounting with GPA > 3.00
• Male, maximum 30 years old, have integrity and achievement oriented
• Has experience in similar position in Project Accounting and Fixed Asset in any reputable organization/Company
• Able to work under pressure with limited time and minimum supervision
• Conversant with English (oral & written) is a must
• Conversant with Ms. Office
